Understand, verify and improve your DPE
The DPE (Energy Performance Diagnosis) summarizes a home’s energy use and greenhouse-gas emissions on a scale from A to G. Since 1 January 2026, the electricity conversion coefficient has dropped from 2.3 to 1.9, lowering the primary-energy consumption of electrically heated homes — which can shift some labels. Our My DPE 2026 tool computes that impact for your home.
A DPE can also be wrong. Mis-entered surface, insulation or heating data change the result. Use DPE verification to check a diagnosis against similar properties, DPE simulation to recompute the label with the official 3CL method, and the discount calculator to estimate the resale impact of an energy label. OneDpe tools are free to start (free tier, then Premium and Pro plans) and rely on public ADEME data.
