You can start for free, with no account needed to try the tools. OneDpe runs on a freemium model: the basics are free, while advanced usage depends on your plan (Free, Pro, Agency). Creating an account unlocks higher limits and saves your analyses.

A DPE can contain errors (mis-entered surface, insulation or heating system). The verification tool compares your diagnosis to similar properties and flags inconsistencies. If an error is confirmed, you can start a dispute with the diagnostician and the certification body.

The 3CL-2021 method is the regulatory calculation framework used to establish a home’s DPE. OneDpe applies it to simulate your energy label from your home’s characteristics.

Not by itself. The electricity conversion factor is 2.3 for certificates issued from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2025, 1.9 for those issued in 2026 and 1.7 for those issued from 1 January 2027 (order of 19 August 2026). A certificate within its validity period keeps its rating (or that of an attestation obtained at a change of factor) until it expires; from 1 January 2027, an ADEME attestation on the 1.7 scale can replace it. The “My DPE 2027” tool gives the rating your home would get on the 1.7 scale.

OneDpe relies on the open DPE database published by ADEME and on the official calculation method. Estimates (discount, energy cost, works) are indicative and do not replace a regulatory diagnosis carried out by a certified professional.
