OneDpe processes several million certificates from the ADEME open data — cross-referenced with property transactions (DVF), building data (BDNB) and Météo-France climate data.

Same transparent methodology as our barometers (published sources, stated limits, no data below privacy thresholds). You keep full editorial control of the angle; in return, the analysis is credited “OneDpe” with a link.
