1Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") aim to define the terms and conditions of use of the services offered by the OneDpe website (hereinafter "the Service"), as well as to define the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
Any use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the user. The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2Service description
OneDpe is an online platform offering energy performance diagnosis (DPE) analysis tools: reliability checks, 3CL simulation, discount estimation and renovation planning.

The analyses and calculations performed on this site are provided for purely informational purposes. They are in no way a substitute for an energy performance diagnosis (DPE) issued by a certified diagnostician, nor for renovation or investment advice.
3Service access
3.1 Registration
Access to certain features of the Service requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Registration is free and allows you to save your simulations.
3.2 Access conditions
The Service is accessible to any adult individual (18 years minimum) with full legal capacity to commit under these Terms. Minor users must obtain authorization from their legal representatives.
3.3 Account security
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity performed from their account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the user must immediately inform the publisher.

5Pricing and payment
The Service offers a free plan allowing access to basic simulators, as well as paid plans (monthly or annual subscriptions) providing access to extended features and unlimited use.
Payment terms
- • Current prices are indicated on the "Pricing" page of the site
- • Any subscription taken out is due for the chosen period (monthly or annual)
- • Payment is made securely via Stripe
- • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled
- • Invoices are available in your client area
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back: You have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code.
6Limitation of liability
6.1 Simulation results are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of yield or performance. The publisher cannot be held responsible for investment decisions made based on these simulations.
6.2 The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published on the site, particularly regarding tax and regulatory data which may change.
6.3 The publisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
6.4 The user is solely responsible for how they use simulation results and must consult qualified professionals before any investment decision.
7Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, images, software, databases, calculation algorithms, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited and constitutes criminally sanctioned counterfeiting (articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code).
8Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

The user can request the deletion of their account at any time from their personal space or by contacting support.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of non-compliance with these Terms, without notice or compensation. Amounts already paid for a current subscription will not be refunded in case of termination due to user fault.
10Terms modification
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or by a notification on the site at least 15 days before they come into effect. Use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In accordance with articles L.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the user may have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to amicable resolution of the dispute.
Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
